I authorize photos/videos of myself/family/guests, to be taken and uploaded on Mechanicsville Baptist Church website and social media accounts, which are Facebook and YouTube. I authorize Mechanicsville Baptist Church to use my/our photo(s)/video(s) for future promotional materials on social media or in print. I understand I will not receive compensation for my/our photos/videos, if used online or in print.
